The location was perfect! Park your car & don't move it! Freedom to come & go & relax. Luxuary & class without the stuffiness. Rooms are cozy, clean & classy. Mark & Keith seemed to think of everything! Third floor outside deck was a great place for morning coffee, sunbathing, or watching the sunset with a glass of wine. Can't wait to stay here again...Best place in town! Great prices, well worth the stay!

The furnishing of the Beaconlight was attractive and immaculate, with clear attention to beautiful flowers and plants on all levels of the house. Parking for cars and bikes provided on-site, which is helpful. Convenient location provided easy access to Commercial Street with its art galleries, shops and restaurants; the Pilgrim Monument, a supermarket and a bike path through the sand dunes. The guestroom - small but laid out efficiently - had its own refrigerator, tv, small table/chairs, bathroom. Enjoyed using the secluded hot tub on the first flop, surrounded by colorful foliage. Although no hot breakfast, the baked goods in the morning were fresh and delicious, the coffee fabulous, and healthy fruit, cereals and yogurt plentiful. Owners and staff were friendly and helpful - provided dining and/or attraction information; attentive but unobtrusive. Would definitely return to this comfortable and pretty setting.

Beautiful decor and back patio, friendly staff, and great location
Pricey, but forgivable due to peak season. Plus my room was next to the door to go to the basement, which made things noisy in the morning as the staff went up and down the stairs.
